National Advisors Trust has hired Joseph Morsman as senior vice president of institutional trust. Morsman will also serve as assistant compliance officer, and will be a member of the trust company's executive management team and risk assessment committee. His responsibilities will include retirement plan support for advisors and being the lead contact with retirement plan sponsors. Morsman previously served as senior vice president at Benefit Trust Company and also held executive leadership positions with M&I Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services and American Century Investment Management.
