Franklin Square today announced that Neil Menard has joined the firm as senior vice president and national sales manager for its registered investment advisor channel. Based out of the company’s Orlando, Fla., office, Menard will lead the firm’s initiatives in building relationships and growing market share in the RIA marketplace.
Most recently, Menard served as senior vice president of distribution for Steben & Company, Inc. Prior to Steben, he was the national sales director for Engagement Systems, an outsourced solution for RIAs. In addition, Menard worked at SEI Investments as a managing director of sales.
“With more than 46,000 advisors and $2.3 trillion in assets, the RIA marketplace is the fastest-growing advisor channel,” Menard said. “It represents a significant growth opportunity for Franklin Square as RIAs are looking for viable alternatives to traditional income products.”
