Sonen Capital's new impact investing report, "Evolution Of An Impact Portfolio" (found here) is creating quite a buzz within the impact investing industry.

The report details the financial performance of an impact investing portfolio and is meant to demonstrate to investors "that impact investments can compete with, and at times outperform, traditional asset allocation strategies while pursuing meaningful and measurable social and environmental impact results."

The report is meant for "asset owners, advisors and other intermediaries interested in learning more about building diversified impact portfolios anchored in rigorous financial analysis and ongoing assessments of factors affecting macroeconomic conditions."

At a recent impact investing workshop in Boston, the report was the subject of numerous discussions and referenced often because of its detailed performance reports and reviews. The report compares impact investments and also benchmarks.

Written by Sonen in collaboration with the KL Felicitas Foundation, "Evolution Of An Impact Portfolio" is a much-needed source for those in the impact investing space, as well as those considering impact investing.
