NewOak, a financial advisory and consulting firm, announced the appointment of Jonna Boyle as a director in its Credit Services LLC, a consultancy that provides credit and regulatory compliance solutions for commercial and consumer loan products in Dallas.

 

Before joining NewOak, Boyle was president and founder of Iron Compliance LLC, a boutique-consulting firm. In 2013, Boyle earned the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification through the Institute of Certified Bankers. From 2012 to 2014 she served as the senior vice president of compliance at SFG Finance LLC, and on the board of the National Automotive Finance Association. Boyle has also been published in the Non-Prime Times.
