Thomas L. Enright has been hired as senior vice president of the Capital Markets Division of David A. Noyes & Company, a wealth management and investment banking firm based in Chicago, Noyes announced Tuesday.
Enright will be responsible for growing Noyes’ municipal bond underwriting business of its Capital Markets Division’s Public Finance Group and fixed-income platform. He most recently was manager of municipal bond trading and manager of capital markets at City Securities Corp.
