Mark S. Moore has been hired by Noyes, a wealth management and investment banking firm, as vice president, fixed income capital markets based in Indianapolis, Ind., Noyes announced Thursday.
Moore most recently was partner at the law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP in Indianapolis. He was Indiana’s first state public finance director. In that capacity, he spearheaded the financing or funding of a number of projects, including the completion of Indiana Government Center, wastewater and drinking water infrastructure, state and interstate highways, airport facilities and correctional facilities.
Moore’s hiring is part of the expansion of Noyes’ fixed income platform and ongoing growth of Noyes’ Capital Markets Group, Noyes says.
