Three new members of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Institute (FSI) have been elected for 2015, FSI announced Thursday.

The new members are David Knoch, president, COO, 1st Global, a financial consulting firm in Dallas, Texas; Joe Himelick, managing and founding partner, Himelick Financial Group, a financial services firm in Austin, Texas; and Tony LaJeunesse, founder, TL Financial Group, a financial services firm in Southgate, Mich..

FSI also elected five current members to new positions. Adam Antoniades, president of Cetera Financial Group, will serve as the chair of the board; Amy Weber, president of Cambridge Investment Research, will serve as vice chair of the board in 2015 and chair in 2016; Clive Slovin, president and CEO of The Strategic Financial Alliance, will be Finance Committee chair; Richard Lampen, president and CEO of Ladenburg Thalmann, will be the FSI PAC board chair in 2015; and Mike Mungenast, CEO and president of ProEquities, will serve as immediate past chair.

FSI represents independent financial advisors and independent financial services fiirms.
