U.S. Bank has named Naoko Sasaki Huffman vice president and senior wealth planner for The Private Client Reserve of U.S. Bank in Seattle. Huffman will be responsible for working with clients, and their tax and legal advisors, to implement a variety of tax, investment, retirement, estate and wealth-transfer strategies. Previously, Huffman served as senior vice president and wealth strategist for U.S. Trust/Bank of America Private Wealth Management.

L&S Advisors in Los Angeles has hired Ed Holliday as managing director of client development and Leanne Sindell as managing director of business development. In their new roles, Holliday and Sindell will focus on developing the firm's relationships with financial advisors and educating them about its unique portfolio management services for separately managed accounts. Most recently with Shinnecock Partners, Holliday served as director of client development and Sindell served as director of business development.

Mora Wealth Management has named Eli Butnaru chief executive officer of its new Miami office. Butnaru will oversee all aspects of the company's daily operations and work with clients to help create customized investment solutions. Butnaru has held senior management positions for major financial institutions in Latin America and Asia, including managing operations for Citibank and most recently UBS.
