Rockefeller & Co. has appointed Raymond Wareham as a managing director and senior client advisor. Based in New York City, Wareham will work to support Rockefeller's global wealth management service offering as an advisor to high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices. Previously, Wareham served as senior managing director for Bernstein Global Wealth Management.

Ballard Spahr has hired business and finance attorney Debbie Klis in Bethesda, Md. Klis is a member of the firm's business and finance department and its investment management, mergers and acquisitions/private equity, securities, and tax groups. Klis represents investment management companies in commercial and real estate matters, commercial litigation, and all aspects of the consumer financial services industry.

Northern Trust has named Linda Cheresh a senior private banker in its Santa Barbara, Calif., office. Cheresh is responsible for managing client relationships and providing investment and fiduciary services to wealthy individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations. Cheresh most recently served as a vice president of US Bank's private client reserve.

RBC Wealth Management has named Steve Sokic as the head of its ultra-high-net-worth, trust, fiduciary and tax business in Toronto. Sokic, who has worked for RBC for a decade, most recently served as a trust director for the company based in Jersey, in the Channel Islands.

Baker Tilly Investment Advisors has hired Justin Goldstein as a senior advisor in the firm's individual wealth management practice. Located in the Madison, Wis., office, Goldstein has more than three years of experience in financial services and investment advisory work.
