The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company has named Jonathan Self sales manager of Navigon Financial Group, Penn Mutual’s career agency located in Raleigh, N.C. Self will be responsible for recruiting and training new and experienced advisors, as well as supervising and producing sales. A member of the Penn Mutual team since 2008, Self previously served as an account manager and recruiter for Allegis Group.
Michael DePalma has been appointed sales manager at Penn Mutual’s Connecticut agency, National Legacy Group. In this role, DePalma will be responsible for recruiting, training and supervising producers. Prior to joining Penn Mutual, DePalma spent time as district manager at Guardian Life and as sales manager at Mass Mutual.
