Pentegra Advisor SmartPath is designed to help advisors start conversations with plan sponsors by discussing how solutions, such as fiduciary outsourcing, multiple employer plans, retirement income solutions and targeted communications, can help address the concerns of plan sponsors.
Defined contribution plans have evolved from what was once considered a supplementary retirement benefit to becoming the primary source of retirement income Pentegra says. Plan sponsors now have a growing responsibility for employees’ overall financial wellness.
Plan sponsors are concerned with the regulatory landscape and administrative requirements, as well as retirement outcomes for the participants, says Rich Rausser, senior vice president at Pentegra, The Advisor SmartPath is designed to help achieve those goals.
