The PFM Group of companies, which provides independent financial and investment advisory services to state and local governments and not-for-profit institutions, has promoted seven people to managing directors.

Jeremy Bass serves municipal clients and those in the higher education sector and is based in the firm's Boston office. Bass joined PFM in 2001, and over the past 12 years, has expanded his business from a general government practice to one that focuses on the higher education sector.

Jay Glover works as a financial advisor in Orlando, Fla. Glover joined the firm approximately 13 years ago. He serves government clients, and helps to develop the state's PACE environmental finance program.

Daniel Hess represents PFM Asset Management as head of fund accounting in Harrisburg, Pa. He joined the firm in 2001 after spending over three years as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Tracey Keays provides financial advisory services to clients in the New York market. Keays joined PFM in 2008 after a 28-year career as a public finance investment banker, working at firms such as EF Hutton, Bond Investor Guaranty and JP Morgan.

Tim Kiley serves clients primarily in the healthcare sector and is also based in Orlando, Fla. Kiley is an attorney, investment advisor and banker with over 30 years of experience, having previously worked at Morgan Stanley and SunTrust.

Jessica Cameron Mitchell serves as an advisor in the Minneapolis office. She is in her tenth year at PFM after joining the firm with the acquisition of Evenson Dodge.

Brent Wilder serves a variety of local and state government entities from PFM's Orlando office. He has more than 24 years of finance experience, and previously served as both a financial advisor and an investment banker with SunTrust and Citi in Florida.
