St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Raymond James Investment Advisors Division announced the affiliation of a $568 million independent advisory firm on Monday.

San Luis Obispo, Calif.-based WealthSource Partners expects to transfer to Raymond James approximately $300 million of client assets that have been custodied at Fidelity and elsewhere.

WealthSource Partners’ team of 21 advisors and eight support staff, led by CEO Bryan Sullivan, will also join Raymond James. The firm was created in January 2016 from the merger of Avant-Garde Advisors and Velium Financial.
