Frank Amigo, South Florida complex manager, has been named 2013 Branch Manager of the Year for Raymond James Financial. Amigo oversees the RJA Florida branches in Miami, Coral Gables, Dadeland, Aventura, Miami Beach and Key West. He also serves as a financial advisor and senior vice president for investments.
Amigo joined Raymond James in 2001 after serving as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch. Since joining the firm, Amigo has grown his complex from one office with 10 advisors to six offices with more than 60 advisors. In addition, his annual revenues have grown from $4 million to $32 million and assets under management have grown from $337 million to more than $5 billion, according to the firm.
The annual Branch Manager of the Year recognition is awarded to one of the more than 200 complex and branch managers in the Raymond James & Associates system. The award is based on nominations from the field and endorsements from the nominees’ divisional and regional directors.
