Raymond James & Associates has hired Alex Gallego to be senior vice president, investments. He will open a new branch office in Oyster Bay, N.Y., and will operate as the Gallego Financial Group.
With more than 20 years of investment experience, Gallego most recently was a senior vice president and branch manager of Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., where he managed more than $94 million in client assets and had fees and commissions in excess of $1 million.
Through its three broker-dealer subsidiaries, Raymond James Financial has more than 6,200 financial advisors serving approximately 2.5 million accounts in more than 2,500 locations throughout the United States, Canada and overseas.
