Raymond James has recruited financial advisors Douglas Richards and Sheldon Ray Jr. in Washington, D.C. The team operates as R&R Global Asset Management of Raymond James. Both Ray and Richards joined the firm from Morgan Stanley, where they managed client assets of approximately $150 million and had annual production of $1.9 million. At Raymond James, they both serve as senior vice presidents of investments and portfolio managers.
