Raymond James recently recruited Luke Kuchenberg and Tyson Ray in Lake Geneva, Wis. The team operates as FORM Wealth and joins the firm from Wells Fargo Advisors, where they managed $220 million in assets and had fees and commissions in excess of $2.5 million.
FORM stands for family, occupation, recreation and mission. Co-founders Kuchenberg and Ray believe that once you understand the FORM of someone’s life and what’s important to them, you are better equipped to manage their assets.
