Raymond James & Associates has recruited financial advisors John Fitch III, Marsha Werner and Pamela Appell in Schaumburg, Ill. The team, which operates as Braehead Wealth Advisors of Raymond James, also includes Penny Tipsword, who serves as senior registered client service associate.

Fitch, Appell and Tipsword joined Raymond James from Wells Fargo, and Werner from JP Morgan. Collectively, the team manages more than $110 million in client assets, with annual fees and commissions of more than $850,000.

Fitch serves as first vice president of investments. His previous experience includes working for 13 years as a futures trader on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and serving as a financial advisor at Paine Webber and Wells Fargo Advisors.

Werner is vice president of investments. She has held various senior management positions at Smith Barney, and most recently was a private banker at JP Morgan.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Appell, who serves as a financial advisor, held positions at State Street Bank, Northern Trust and Wells Fargo.

Tipsword was previously employed at Paine Webber and Wells Fargo. She also worked in the futures market at Stotler & Co.
