What’s good for job-seeking baby boomers now may not be so great when they reach retirement.

Some of the cities ranked as the best for baby boomers to find work are also, according to a different ranking, the worst places for them to retire.

The best U.S. cities for over-50-year-olds to find work include New York, Chicago and Newark, N.J, according to Over50JobBoard.com, which used the number of job listings from each city on its website to conduct the ranking.

Earlier this month, WalletHub, a financial educational and research organization, ranked the worst cities for retirement.

The following cities were ranked by Over50JobBoard.com as the best places for baby boomers to get jobs, in ascending order:

10. San Francisco

San Francisco was cited for its status as a financial and technology hub and its 584 job openings.
