Independent broker-dealer Royal Alliance Associates has recruited two advisor teams with total assets under management of over $400 million.
Chicago-based JLTD previously operated as an independent registered investment advisor. Managing partners Timothy McGrath and Horace Seely-Brown lead the firm. JLTD joins Royal Alliance with approximately $100 million in AUM.
Also joining Royal Alliance is Integrated Financial Group, which is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and has approximately $300 million in AUM. Comprised of five financial advisors – Sam Clark, James Davenport, Les Barber, Steve Fulmer and Casey Kotter – the firm selected Royal Alliance for access to their technology, advisory solutions and transition support services.
