The law office of Schulte Roth & Zabel has added Catherine Grevers Schmidt as a partner in the individual client services group. Based in the firm's New York office, Grevers Schmidt will focus her practice on estate planning and administration, trusts, charitable foundations and tax advice. She joins the firm from Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, where she served as chair of the trusts and estates group.
Schulte Roth & Zabel assists the financial services industry and advises clients on corporate and transactional matters, as well as providing counsel on regulatory, compliance, enforcement and investigative issues.
