Clements Group, based in Durango, Colo., is joining Securities America as an independent branch.
Securities America will be Clements' broker-dealer. Clements has $100 million in client assets under management with five advisors and four staff.
Clements is joining Securities America because of the assistance it can provide with retirement plan regulations and 401(k) business management, says Jim Clements, founding owner of Clements Group.
