John Behn, Sam Briganti, Brian Strasser and Matthew Witt have joined the firm.
Behn has been named national director of recruiting. With 22 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries, Behn previously worked for American Family, New York Life and Transamerica, in addition to owning his own business.
Briganti has been promoted to regional director of recruiting. Briganti joined Securities America in 1997 and most recently served as director of transition and branch office development support.
Strasser is the new director of transition and branch office development support. Strasser most recently served as vice president and conversion department manager at Legent Clearing LLC.
Witt joins the branch office development team as an associate consultant. Witt joined Securities America in 2012 as a specialist in the representative relations department.
