Based in Oklahoma City, Lavender will implement recruiting strategies and will prospect and recruit bank/credit union business ventures. Lavender's previous positions include senior vice president of Nationwide Financial's Retirement Income Institute and vice president of investment sales for InterWest Properties Inc.
