Signature, a Virginia-based family wealth advisor, has promoted Xandra Burnette to the newly created position of chief operating officer. She will also serve as a member of the firm’s executive committee. As COO, Burnette will develop and measure firm strategy, policies and procedures. She will also provide oversight and guidance to help ensure the firm is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining Signature, Burnette was the operations manager for the Virginia Beach office of UBS Financial Services.
