Edward L. Carey
Edward L. Carey is Clarion Partners Property Trust's Chief Executive Officer and one of its Directors. He has also held the position of Managing Director with Clarion Partners since February 2007. His responsibilities in this role include business development, capital raising and strategic acquisitions, focusing on identifying and developing structured programmatic joint ventures, national and cross-border investment acquisitions and public to private platform opportunities.  Mr. Carey is a member of several real estate organizations including the Wharton School Zell/Laurie Real Estate Center, Urban Land Institute and NAREIT's Public Non-Listed REIT Council. Mr. Carey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
