The Baltimore Ravens’ Super Bowl victory was not only a coup for the city, but was a multi-million dollar financial victory for several key people involved with the event, according to Wealth-X.

Stephen J. Bisciotti, majority owner of the Baltimore Ravens, is set to see his net worth increase by 10 percent, to $1.7 billion, because of the Ravens’ second Super Bowl win. A serial entrepreneur, he will receive about $150 million through more sponsorship deals, increased advertising revenue and elevated status for the Ravens, says Wealth-X, which tracks the finances of ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Ravens’ quarterback, Joe Flacco, who started out the season without a contract, will earn $14 million to $20 million because of the victory. He was named most valuable player for the game. The amount at least doubles his current $14 million worth and may give him ultra-high-net-worth status, or over $30 million, according to Wealth-X.

Beyonce Knowles, the singer who performed at half time with former Destiny’s Child band members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, is set to receive $160 million from a world tour and a new advertising partnership with Pepsi, partially on the basis of her performance at the Super Bowl. She is now worth at least $300 million.

“The speed at which wealth is created in the sporting and entertainment arenas reflect the vibrancy of the scene and the relentless demand for talent that naturally results in huge payoffs for the talented,” says Wealth-X President David S. Friedman.
