Christian Thwaites was appointed chief strategist for Brouwer & Janachowski, a Tiburon, Calif.-based RIA and wealth management firm.
Thwaites previously served as president and CEO of Sentinel Investments in Montpelier, Vt., which managed over $28 billion in fixed income and equities for institutional and retail clients.
At Brouwer & Janachowski, Thwaites will focus on client wealth management plans and develop and implement strategic growth initiatives for the firm.
