Bess Joffe has been appointed managing director of corporate governance for TIAA-CREF, the company announced Monday.
In this role, Joffe help shape TIAA-CREF’s corporate governance program and policies. She assumes her new role Aug. 4. Joffe was previously a vice president in investor relations at Goldman-Sachs.
