U.S. home prices rose 3.2 percent in the third quarter of 2013 and 11.2 percent over the last four quarters, the S&P/Case Shiller Home Price Indices reported today. All 20 cities in the index saw home price increases.

California is home to three of the cities that saw price increases of over 20 percent for the 12 months ending through September. For all 20 cities in the index, 12 saw double-digit increases. 

The 10 cities with the biggest home price rises, from the smallest to largest increases, are:
