Gilbert Zimmerman Jr. has joined Traust Sollus as a managing director in New York. He will be responsible for attracting new business. Most recently, Zimmerman was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Brown Brothers Harriman Trust Company. Prior to that he served as senior vice president and trust counsel for the New Jersey offices of the U.S. Trust Company and as vice president of J. P. Morgan & Co.
