U.S. Bank Wealth Management has promoted Bryan Benedict to private banking managing director for The Private Client Reserve in Minneapolis. Benedict previously served as a private banker for the firm. Earlier in his career, he served as a commercial banker with Excel Bank and as a bank examiner with The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

Kane Phillips has been appointed wealth management consultant for The Private Client Reserve in Seattle. Phillips has more than 25 years of experience in the finance industry. Most recently, he served as market director for Washington Wealth Management. He also held positions with Charles Schwab and Smith Barney.
