UBS's Wealth Management Americas has added several groups and individuals, most from Bank of America Merrill Lyhch and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, to its firm.

In California, Baldwin, Naples and Associates, a group led by Margaret Baldwin in Newport Beach and Michael Naples in Pasadena, has joined the firm. The team brings to UBS WMA a production of approximately $2.4 million and assets under management of more than $470 million. The group was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Also from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the Reckinger Loynes Group has joined WMA's Newport Beach office. The group brings with it a production of approximately $1.3 million and assets under management of $387 million.

In Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Lucie Sabella has joined the firm from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. She brings a production of more than $1 million and assets under management of more than $117 million.

Bruce Smith has joined the firm in Atlanta, from Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He will be senior vice president - investments and brings a production of approximately $1.95 millionand assets under management of more than $100 million.

The Kuchta Curole Group, consisting of Jacque Kuchta, Scott Curole, Belinda Laws and Libby Buckland, has joined WMA's New Orleans branch. The group brings with it a production of approximately $2.4 million and assets under management of $650 million and comes from Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

John Meldrum joins the Troy Complex in Michigan from Bank of American Merrill Lynch. He brings with him a production of nearly $1.6 million and assets under management of more than $119 million.

In New Jersey, Maria Tanzola and Carolyn Finer join the Private Wealth Division in Manasquan from Bank of America's Private Bank and bring with them a production of approximately $1.2 million and assets under management of $180 million.

In Melville, N.Y., Jamie Rosica and Alex DiMartini have joined the firm from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, bringing with them a combined production of approximately $1.2 million and assets under management of more than $119 million.

Two groups have joined the Beaumont, Tex., office. The PKC Financial Group is led by Mike Persia Bradford Klein. The Ohmstede-Sheridan Financial Group is led by Christopher Ohmstede and Jean Sheridan. The groups bring to the firm a combined production of approximately $3.8 million and assets under management of more than $600 million and come from Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Marc Hagger and Ricardo Lima have joined from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Dallas. They bring with them a production of more than $1.1 million and assets under management of nearly $230 million.

The Sage Group has joined WMA's Salt Lake City office and consists of Terri E. Yeckley, Allison Smoot and Elizabeth Nielson. They come from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
