Voya Financial’s broker-dealer, ING Financial Partners, has recruited Jason Payne, president and founder of Riverstone Wealth Management. The firm was previously affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors. Riverstone has $67 million in assets under management and is based in Greenville, S.C.
ING Financial Partners, which is rebranding to Voya Financial Advisors, is a broker-dealer that serves a wide range of clients through approximately 2,400 registered representatives.
