Dan Vetter, CFA is Co-founder and CIO of Money360, Inc. and serves as President of M360 Advisors which manages fixed income alternative investment funds for accredited investors. Dan launched and manages the flagship M360 CRE Income Fund, which is an opened-ended fixed income fund that invests in commercial real estate loans secured by first lien positions against income-producing real estate in the United States.
Previously Dan worked for PIMCO, where he oversaw $15 billion in managed assets. Prior to joining PIMCO, Dan worked on Wall Street as a sell-side equity research analyst and in investment banking. Dan earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School, where his coursework emphasized commercial real estate valuation and finance. Dan also earned a Master of Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Dan holds a CFA charter and various FINRA securities licenses.
