DeSantis and his wife, Ana, the firm’s administrative assistant, were formerly with Cetera Advisor Networks in El Segundo, Calif., where he managed approximately $100 million in brokerage and advisory assets. The move to LPL reportedly will enable DeSantis to implement a succession plan with another advisor already affiliated with LPL.
LPL Financial, headquartered in Ft. Mill, S.C., San Diego and Boston, is the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer.
