Jimmy “J.R.” Blackburn and Reed Potter Jr. of Pikeville, Kan., have joined Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS), the firm’s independent broker-dealer, according to a news release.

Blackburn and Potter were formerly with Merrill Lynch, where they managed $242 million in client assets. They will operate as Legacy Financial Investment Services.

The team also includes financial advisors Cheryl Robinette, Brianna LeRae Blackburn and Zachary Lukins.
