Keith Boyd, formerly a Wells Fargo financial advisor, has aligned with Gladstone Wealth Partners to join LPL Financial’s broker-dealer, corporate registered investment advisor and custodial platforms, LPL announced today.
Boyd was with Wells Fargo Wealth Brokerage Service for 24 years and managed approximately $180 million in brokerage and advisory assets.
Boyd, who specializes in solutions-based planning and comprehensive wealth management, said in a statement that in his quest to live a more holistic life he knew it was in his clients’ best interest that he take more control over his business and operate as a fiduciary in an independent practice. He said LPL offers the independence and freedom to serve client needs without any red tape or proprietary products.
Boyd said he is equally excited to partner with Gladstone, a boutique wealth management firm that provides business support and financial solutions to its network of financial advisors.
According to the press release announcing this transition, Boyd is leveraging the Gladstone name for his firm, and has opened an office in Flemington, N.J., which he shares with an established Gladstone accounting practice. It said the new partnership and office site provide Boyd access to more clients as he seeks to expand his business.
LPL Financial is headquartered in Fort Mill, S.C., San Diego and Boston, and is the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer.
