Advisor Group, one of the nation's largest networks of independent wealth management firms, has appointed three industry professionals to continue its next phase of growth, the firm announced.

Tim Hodge has been named executive vice president, trading and operations; Jen Roche is the new senior vice president, corporate content, communication and public relations; and Aiyisha Adams is the new vice president of advisor engagement.

Hodge most recently was with LPL Financial as executive vice president of service, trading and operations, and before that was with Goldman Sachs.

In her role as senior vice president, Roche will assume responsibility for streamlining and building corporate communications internally and externally, the company said. Prior to joining Advisor Group, Roche led marketing and communications functions for AssetMark and LPL Financial.

As vice president of advisor engagement, Adams will lead the firm's advisor feedback strategy. She previously was Advisor Group’s director of specialty teams and also held positions at several financial services firms, including Lincoln Financial Group, Northwestern Mutual and BB&T Investments.

Advisor Group includes about 10,000 financial advisors overseeing more than $515 billion in client assets.
