Weston, Mass.-based wealthtech firm Advisor360 has expanded its leadership team with four hires, according to a company announcement.

Meredith Crouse will join Advisor360 as senior vice president, chief people officer, after previously serving at Monster Worldwide, Clarivate Analytics and Thomson Reuters IP and science business. In her new role, she will lead the company’s human resources strategy and functions.

Doug Wood will join as senior vice president, customer success and operations, after previously serving at Lucent Technologies, Pirus Networks and EMC Corporation. At Advisor360, Wood will be responsible for improving client experience.

Gilad Sade will join Advisor360 as vice president, engineering development, after previous stints at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, EMC and Microsoft. In his new role, Sade will lead the firms engineering development team.

John Considine will join as vice president, solutions architect, after stints at IBM, Verizon Terremark, CloudSwitch, Sun Microsystems, Pirus Networks and NGI Technology. At Advisor360, Considine will be responsible for driving architecture and innovation across the firm’s platform.

Advisor360 was spun out as an independent fintech firm from Commonwealth Financial Network in April 2019.
