Now that colleges across the U.S. are opening up as the pandemic recedes, so too will campus party life.

Niche.com, a website that provides tools for students searching for the right college, has ranked the nation's colleges for campus party opportunities.

The website's 2021 Top Party Schools in America ranking is based on student review submissions and what kind of nightlife campuses have to offer.

"Top party colleges have a vibrant and diverse party scene," Niche.com says. "They offer fun options both on and off campus and students rate their peers as being fun, friendly, and into partying."

The following colleges, in ascending order, were ranked by Niche.com as the nation's top party schools:

10. Penn State
University Park, Pa.

The university ranked sixth for best student life and eighth for best Greek life.

 

9. West Virginia University
Morgantown, W. Va.

The school ranked 13th for Greek life and 77th for best student life.

 

8. The University of Alabama
Tuscaloosa, Ala.

THe university ranked third for Greek life and 15th for best student life in America.

 

7. Syracuse University
Syracuse, N.Y.

The university ranked 10th for Greek life.

 

6. University of Georgia
Athens, Ga.

The university ranked fourth in the nation for best student life.

 

5. University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
Champaign, Ill.

The college was ranked second in the nation for Greek life and 14th in the ranking of best public universities in America.

 

4. Howard University
Washington, D.C.

The university ranked 11th for Greek life and ranked 109 out of 1,605 in the category of best college locations in Amerrica.

 

3. Florida State University
Tallahassee, Fla.

The university was ranked tops in the nation for its Greek Life.

 

2. Tulane University
New Orleans

Tulane ranked 16th out of 817 colleges for best Greek life.

 

1. University of Wisconsin
Madison, Wis.

The college ranked third out of 1,580 institutions for having the best student life in America.
