Concord, Calif.-based AssetMark announced new online assistance for its affiliated financial advisors and their clients.

On Thursday, the RIA, wealth management and technology powerhouse rolled out a new eService team to offer advisors assistance in digital servicing during the pandemic.

“The pandemic has ushered in a new era of remote, responsive investor servicing that is here to stay,” said Brad Wheeler, AssetMark’s SVP, operations, in released comments. “With our enhanced on-demand servicing and virtual support tools, advisors will get the rapid knowledge, guidance, and support they need to serve investors faster and more effectively.”

eService will provide fast, personalized digital responses to AssetMark clients between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

The new team brings online another component of AssetMark’s services for advisors – the firm already offers electronic delivery, e-signature and an online learning platform.

Across all of its lines of business, AssetMark serviced over $63 billion in assets under management as of the end of June.
