Atria Wealth Solutions on Tuesday announced it has expanded its management ranks with three new hires. Matthew Bassuk, the former recruiting chief at Cetera Financial Group, is Atria’s new national recruiting director.

In addition, Travis Grimm was named the company’s head of program management and Brian Bichler joins as head of platform experience.

“Their vast industry experience, deep-seated relationships and shared vision for the future will help our subsidiaries serve their clients well and continue their growth trajectory,” Doug Ketterer, Atria’s chief executive officer and a founding partner, said in a press release.

Atria is a New York–based acquirer of broker-dealers that was co-founded by two former Morgan Stanley division heads—Ketterer and Eugene Elias, along with Kevin Beard, former head of acquisition and recruiting strategy at AIG Advisor Group.

Atria launched last year when it acquired CUSO Financial Services and Sorrento Pacific, two San Diego-based brokerages that combined brought 500 advisors and $30 billion in assets under management. In April, the two firms announced Atria’s multimillion-dollar investment pledge to enhance their dataVISION financial advisor platform.

Around that same time, Atria announced its purchase of broker-dealer Cadaret, Grant & Co., which had 900 affiliated reps in 475 branches and $23 billion in AUM when the deal was announced.
