The Bank of New York (BNY) Mellon Wealth Management, headquartered in New York, has appointed Eunice Kim to the position of regional president in Denver, according to a news release.

As regional president, Kim will oversee all aspects of the wealth management business in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region, including investments, advisory, financial planning and banking. The 23-year industry veteran will report directly to Jim Barnyak, regional president of BNY Mellon Wealth Management in Seattle.

Before joining BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Kim was the senior wealth strategist at Northern Trust. Kim earned her undergraduate degree from Smith College and received her MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business.
