Monarch Retirement Group has joined Commonwealth Financial Network, bringing with it $250 million in client assets, company official said today.
Commonwealth Financial Network is a privately held, independent broker-dealer with headquarters in Waltham, Mass., and San Diego. It has about 1,400 advisors and is controlled by 12 managing principals. It currently oversees $641 million in client assets.
San Diego-based Monarch Retirement Group is an investment advisory firm specializing in helping pre-retirement and retired corporate employees with their personal wealth management plans. Formally affiliated with SII Investments, Monarch's founding members include Jim Galante, Michael Lambrix and Jeremy Laub.
