Spring Ridge Financial Group, an independent financial advisory firm in Wyomissing, Pa., with more than $650 million AUM, has joined the Commonwealth Financial Network.

“From the very beginning of this process, Commonwealth was the most direct and transparent in responding to our inquiries. That built a foundation of trust that is irreplaceable in today’s ever-changing landscape of investment management,” said advisor Virgil Kahl, Spring Ridge’s owner.

Spring Ridge was formerly affiliated with National Planning Corporation (NPC) and Kahl lead the second-largest individual practice there along with founding partner Merrill Wixon, according to Commonwealth.

“The firm’s values of excellence in service and care for its clients mirrors ours, and we are excited to have them as part of the Commonwealth community,” said Commonwealth’s managing principal, Andrew Daniels.
