Waltham, Mass.-based broker-dealer and RIA Commonwealth Financial Network has added a $350 million firm based in Metairie, La., to its network of independent advisors.

CBD Wealth Management partners Raymond “Rocky” Daigle Jr., Robert Comeaux Jr. and Walter Bond join Commonwealth from LPL Financial.

“As a founding partner of CBD Wealth Management, I take great pride in the business we’ve built, Daigle said. “I am confident our affiliation with Commonwealth will give us the support we need to continue to evolve and expand our team while granting us the freedom and independence to stay true to our core.”

Founded in 2004, CBD specializes in retirement plans for business and a select group of families across the Gulf Coast.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome CBD Wealth Management,” said Andrew Daniels, managing principal, business development at Commonwealth. “This tight-knit team impressed us from the start. Not only from a business standpoint but also culturally speaking, this group adds value to our community of like-minded independent advisors.”

Commonwealth Financial Network is the nation’s fourth-largest independent broker-dealer with more than $950 million in revenue and over 1,600 affiliated independent advisors.
