MTV veteran Kristin Frank is joining RIA firm Cornerstone Capital as a member of its board of directors. Cornerstone, a wealth manager for individuals, family offices and foundations, integrates impact investing into portfolio design.

Frank served as COO at MTV, where she managed revenue, strategy and operations for a $1.8 billion portfolio. Frank spearheaded the brand’s turnaround, brand reinvention, digital innovation and market growth, Cornerstone says.

She is currently president and board director at AdPredictive, a software company delivering the industry’s first outcomes-driven customer marketing intelligence platform.

Founded in 2013, Cornerstone Capital Group, a financial services firm based in New York, designs client portfolios that integrate optimized financial performance and social impact with environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors.

Erika Karp, founder and CEO of Cornerstone, cited Frank’s leadership and expertise in the digital media industry, as well as in technology and distribution, as assets that would add value to the organization.
