Fidelity Family Office Services is launching the Insights and Connections program to help family offices connect to peers, wealthy clients and industry leaders.
The new service will give family offices access to research reports and peer networking, according to Fidelity. The program includes a collection of best practices and market perspectives, referrals to industry specialists and associations and networking that Fidelity Family Office Services clients can access online.
"Our clients are telling us they want to learn more about the best practices other family offices are implementing to address common issues like legacy planning, wealth protection and philanthropy," said Tina Hartnett, vice president of practice management at Fidelity Family Office Services. "Having a single Web-based repository of intellectual capital from industry leaders and respected associations on the key issues concerning family offices will help our clients to more efficiently manage their offices and better serve family members."
Insights and Connections will also be accessible through Fidelity WealthCentral for Family Offices, the company's Web-based trading and custody platform. It provides family office clients a range of third-party industry resources. Fidelity Family Office Services serves more than 170 wealthy families and family offices,
The new service includes Insights, which are perspectives on the marketplace, best practices, operations, risk management and benchmarking.
It also includes Connections, which provide access to a peer networking forum, including regional family office executive roundtables and networking engagements to help clients share knowledge with other family office executives. The new service also includes introductions to third-party industry professionals.
