Golden State has made a tuck-in acquisition of Curtis Howard Wealth Management & Insurance Solutions in Yuba City and Rasmussen Advisors in Folsom, expanding the firm's footprint in the Sacramento area, according to a news release.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Curtis Howard and his team manage $60 million in client assets for individuals, families and business owners, while Brian Rasmussen and his team work closely with companies in developing and managing their corporate retirement plans. Under terms of the merger, both firms will rebrand under the Golden State name.
